Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations, renewals, and refunds for Tealytics paid plans.

1) Subscriptions and renewal

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

2) How to cancel

You can cancel from your account settings (or by contacting support at [support@yourdomain.com] if self-serve cancellation is unavailable).

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to paid features until then.

3) Refunds

3.1 Default policy

Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan), contact [support@yourdomain.com] within [14] days of the charge. If confirmed, we will correct or refund the erroneous charge.

3.3 EU/UK consumer withdrawal right (if applicable)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days for certain purchases.

If you requested immediate access to the Service (digital service) and consented to immediate performance, you may lose the right of withdrawal once performance begins, to the extent permitted by law and properly disclosed at purchase.

4) Plan changes

  • Upgrades: typically effective immediately (you may be charged a prorated amount).
  • Downgrades: typically effective at the end of the billing period.

5) Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, please contact support. We can usually fix billing issues faster and avoid disruption to your account.
